Marco is a certified Scrum Master (PSM / CSM), Product Owner (PSPO) Agile Coach, Trainer in Agile Methods and Project Management Professional (PMP). He enables teams & organizations being Rocking Agile.
I have references from successful agile projects at Siemens, RWE, Audi, MAN Truck & Bus, Osram, BMW Group, Deutsche Bahn, Vodafone, Telefonica (o2), Allianz, ING Group, Santander Bank, BASF, Merck, among others.
I was Co-Founder & CEO of a Tech Start-up in Silicon Valley and I am the Founder of Rocking Agile, a consultancy for Agile Coaching, Training and Agile Transformation.
I live in Munich (Germany), speak German as a mother tongue, fluent English and Spanish and Italian at a good level.

Marco supports the implementation of the agile methodology by coaching agile teams and facilitating the culture change, necessary for sustained agile success.
I have been working in the software industry since 2002 and have been practicing agile methods since 2008. I was responsible for agile transitions from waterfall to agile and transferred cross-functional teams into scaled agile frameworks (LeSS and SAFe). In addition to my main projects as a Scrum Master, I also accompany companies and teams (including non-IT areas) as an Agile Coach in the introduction of agile methods, give training in Agile Project Management (Scrum & Kanban) and development methods (e.g. Test-Driven-Development).
I work both, on-site and with distributed teams (offshore and nearshore), and have experience in startups, SMEs and multinational companies from different industries.
Marco offers agile expertise and knowledge of industry best practices in helping organizations to achieve a high level of agility and to improve the agile mindset at all organizational levels.
